In this video we will continue working with sequences in Avid Media Composer and I’ll show you how we can edit part of a sequence into another sequence.
I am using Media Composer 8.6.3, you will see me editing a real video.
There is no need to re-do work in Media Composer. If you have work done in a different sequence that you need to re-use, you can simply edit in just that part into your new sequence. You can also edit your new sequence and it will not impact your original sequence because each sequence is pulling from the full, original clips.
Editing part of a sequence into another sequence is a workflow every editor needs to know. It can really speed up your work.
