The 2024.2 release of Avid Media Composer adds export functionality for transcripts and subcaps from a sequence providing identifiers for speaker identification as well as a file to import back into Media Composer for subtitling by frame-accurate timecode. You also gain tools to access and display camera and audio recorder metadata on your timeline as
